We have traditionally specialised in additions and alterations including heritage and period work.

Free initial on site consultation for home owners looking at additions and alterations or block owners starting from scratch: A lot of ground will be covered at this meeting. If you are looking at developing a property or exploring a property on the market, no problem but a small fee will be charged.Step 2
Prepare your brief & consider your budget
The most important phase of planning your project is your brief.You will be well prepared from our site meeting and it is a great opportunity for clear thinking.From your brief and our site meeting, a fixed quotation for the design phase will be prepared.Step 3
Design Phase
From your brief and with budget in mind the initial design will be prepared. We will explore ideas together and fine tune the details until we are all happy and confident with the result.Step 4
Working Drawings & Documentation
Once the design has been tailored to meet your needs and preferences, and only then, the documentation will begin.This is a complex process that will satisfy all statutory requirements and will form the backbone of your building process.These formal documents translate all the design ideas into a buildable set of instructions to both your builder and demonstrate compliance to the statutory authorities.

If you are looking for a designer who will build you a quality and bespoke home, I definitely recommend Simon at Haus Designs. I spent quite some time considering buying a unit he had designed in Gale St Busselton, probably about 15 or so years ago. His attention to detail was meticulous, as was his willingness to build unique and quality homes with high end finishes. Which really impressed me at the time.
